Box series S\X

I bought a reasnow s1 but it doesn't work when I turn on the keyboard and mouse when connecting the xbox series S controller! It only works when connecting an xbox controller from the previous xbox one s.. what can i do?

1. upgrade your ReaSnow S1's firmware and APP to the latest ones, which can be downloaded from this URL:
http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=2480.0

2.
firstly, connect XSX controller to USB1 of ReaSnow S1,
connect your mouse and keyboard to USB2 and USB3.

after that, you can connect ReaSnow S1 to XSX console.
