Cross Hair does not recognize usb control.

Hello, I'm trying to use a dazz usb control, but CrossHair does not recognize it. On my Windows7 it recognizes and works perfectly, but when I try to map the buttons, I can not. During the game only the directional "R" and "L" function. Help me.

can you map the buttons in config mode?
