Every time I try and open the ReaSnow app it tells me to update to the latest firmware, when I do so, which is update 5.5.6, the ReaSnow fails to connect to anything and beeps 4 times with no colour when connected. How do I fix this?

To install the latest firmware and APP:
1. FIRMWARE
    download the latest firmware tool v2.1.0 from this URL: http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=2480.0
    then upgrade S1 to v5.5.6 with it.
    PS: do not use the old firmware tool.

2. APP(v1.4.9)
    Android version can be downloaded from the above URL:
    iOS version can be found in APP store now
