We have tried to find samples to test, but have had no luck. We will add support when we find a test sample.

hello just reaching out to see if you were able to find a mouse to test the dongle support for the Finalmouse ULX? is a 4k polling rate dongle so seems to be the reason maybe not being able to connect. thank you. works perfectly fine wired.

Hi, we have found the test sample and finished troubleshooting the problem. Please purchase a USB HUB that uses the FE1.1S chip, to use this mouse please plug the receiver into this USB HUB and then plug the USB HUB into the USB2/3 port of the S1

Can you tell me if this will be relevant for the Razer Viper V3 pro
-
might be, but we have not tested Viper V3 pro with this HUB.

Can I ask you to send me a sample of this hub? I only find microcircuits on the Internet, but not a ready-made solution

1. It is difficult for us to recommend any USB HUB available on the market. The reason is that USB HUB producers may change the chip even for the sample model. We are uncertain whether they are still using the same chip.
2. However, we can find a PCB board on eBay. As stated on the page, it has a FE1.1 chip on board.

I have to report on the work done. I connected the Viper V3 Pro dongle to my USB HUB v3.1 (I already had it), then this hub to Reasnov, and now my mouse works wirelessly with Reasnow.

Thanks for sharing! By the way, which model of USB hub are you using? We will add it to the unsupported hardware list as a solution to address similar issues.

It looks like I'm using this hub, but it says 3.0 when it's actually 3.1
