Title: Reasnow Manager "your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue"

Hey guys, how are you doing? I'm having trouble to enter the Reasnow App Manager.

When I open my app, the error message "your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue", pops up,  and doesn't open. I tried older versions but they send me back to the latest one. I have checked on Reasnow forum, and seems like a few people are having the same issue. Any ideas?

My S1 Firmware is on V5.6.124.

Update:
I have tried several links here in the forum but none of them seems to work, and i have used three different phone devices. :(

Thanks for the replie, Austin. But unfortunately, the app keeps crashing.
