Hey i think something is wrong with my converter , when i plugg in it bliks like red blu green ? Can i just privat massage you Richard, so I send you a video and you help me ?

hi, we watched your video, it's RGB-cycle logo while powering up,
which can only mean the connection between cross hair and PC(console) is not good.

you can try the following solutions:
1. try a new and qualified usb cable for conecting cross hair to PC(console)
2. try repairing firmware of cross hair by following chapter 4.2 in "CrossHair-UserManual"

it can also be caused by a defective MINI usb port on cross hair,
if it is so, you will have to contact the seller and request for after-sale service.

you proivde one-year warranty for all customers.

I tryed all the steps and its not working , how can i get thewarranty ?

I got it from Amazon and there stand it was from Reasnow ? It does not exist enymore

Ohh man i am so mad that the converter is broken , the problem is i donz know how i get the warranty

Can you dont do everything to help me like contacting these , im  15 year old german box an this was my birthday money ejat i spend and now i cant do anything.

Wow for now i have the Reasbow crosshair for 1 year and the warranty wil ve over tomorrow ?  Man id was a god time with the converter untile it is broken .. man pls help me to get the warrenty ! Please !
