Title: G27 Double upshifting

I was wondering if crosshair has a adjustment I can use to stop the G27 from double upshifting intermittently.  Thanks.

sorry, we have no report of such things before.
can you provide some more description for that?
when will it happen?
your console, game, config activated in Cross Hair,
any special settings in Cross Hair or in game etc.

When I am racing, while playing  PS4 Gran Turismo Sport, and I go to upshift, instead of shifting up one to the next gear,  from 2 to 3, it will go 2 3 4.  From the research I've done, some of the guys racing with the G27, using desktop,  change up the upshift speed.  Here's the site http://www.simracingpro.com/threads/eliminating-double-shifts-and-more-with-logitech-wheels.961/.   Thanks for your time Richard.

hi, i read the page you posted, but this seems a problem caused by malfunction of your own G27,
not by Cross Hair.
and we test our G27 and DFGT wheels,
finding no such problem at all.

we will evaluate the possibility of that feature,
under the condition this will not bring trouble to normal G27:)
