Title: Can't get it work, alwasy the white light?

I have set it up on PC.
While i connect controller and KB/MS all on CH, I promise the connection is correct.
and connect CH to my PS4 console

But I can't get it work, and the light is always white.

Hei, can you help?

Check the USB connection with your DS4.

It may cuase by the USB cable or you do not connect it firmly.
