Please download the reset tool below and follow the instructions:

1. extract "Cross Hair Reset Tool V1.6.0.exe" from the zip file
2. run "Cross Hair Reset Tool V1.6.0.exe"
3. plug Cross Hair into your PC and wait for indication of reset process 
4. close "Cross Hair Reset Tool V1.6.0.exe" 
5. reconnect Cross Hair to PC and use our latest Manager for further management.
