New owner of Reasnow s1
« on: September 29, 2024, 04:45:24 AM »
Hello
I am a new owner of Reasnow s1, great product, I play Apex Legends and I feel great, I use the latest beta version of the firmware and manager, I play on Wooting 60he, unfortunately in the digital version, the analog version does not work, I cannot assign the keys even though I have the same Wooting profile as provided by the developer.
Speaking of the Razer Viper v 2 pro mouse, it works, but it often disconnects me in the manager, where I can't test it because it disconnects the manager once every 2 minutes when assigning keys, can you somehow help me with this?
I'm using PS5 connected to p5mate and the p5mate option (1000hz). Mouse in port 1, keyboard wooting port 2, port 3 empty

@xTimonek
As shown in the picture below,
your mouse and keyboard should be plugged into USB2 and USB3,
When connecting to a P5MATE, USB1 should remain unconnected.

and your S1 should be set to BootMode=P5MATE

I connected it and it's fine, but I think it's the mouse's fault because it has too large radio waves, which interferes with Bluetooth operation in Reasnow S1  Razer mouse), the problem occurs with Wooting 60he, the video is not active and regular mapping according to profile does not work when mapping the keys.
are you able to fix it?

Please show us the following picture/video for troubleshooting the issue
1. A screen-recording video of the io monitor. Please enable the IO monitor(on main page of the ReaSnow Manager App), then press the keys on wooting 60HE
2. A screenshot of wooting 60HE keyboard driver page.

Unfortunately no, I'm sure everything is set up the same as yours and it doesn't work, I'll send you a video about the settings later.
