I recently bought a viper v3 pro I was wondering if it would ever have s1 compatibility because it doesn't work

This mouse uses an 8K report rate receiver, which we currently cannot support.

@Austin,
I have the Razer Deathadder V3 which also supports 8000hz and it works with the S1 adapter. Is the driver of the mouse not recognized? Actually, a lot of hardware is accepted by Reasnow, even if it is not included in the compatibility list.

No, it's not. We've tested some of Razer's 8K polling rate receivers, and most are unusable.
