Why do you prefer using Linear Curve?

cause it is straight, more accurate, better tracking all the benefits.....because it is direct.Basically your input will not get changed(diminished or increased).
ReaSnow S1 has configs for Apex and The Finals with linear curve for PC.So why do u asked me something that i assume u know  much better?İ asked something and u answering with a question as if i was the first person who asked for a linear curve config...where u already made some for the PC version like i mentioned.

Hello. Could you please elaborate on the difference between the curves you were talking about here in the topic and what we can see under 'Curve Editor' in the application ?

Hi all. Please tell me, the moderators write that they have added the configuration. I go to the manager but Xdefant is not there. Where to find configurations. I'm just a newbie and haven't fully figured it out...

Hi,the difference between the curves u can read in the game. They explained it perfect.İ would send some links but do not know if it is ok...just google it,u will find so much information.
İ like linear curve.
Game description for linear curve :Aim rate speed is tied directly to stick movement, with no dampening or boost based on input value. May be better for more experienced players.
Standard curve : Reduce the effect of finer stick movements to improve aim control and increase the effect of large stick movements to improve look speed
Reverse S-Curve : Boosts small and large camera movements while reducing the effect of moderate movement. Good for players who prioritize mobility.
But how good the S1 translate it in the config u have to decide....

@Ragnarok, thanks , but that was not what i asked about. I know what is response curves. What i dont understand is what coud be hidden in game profiles that we cannot see. For example, fox Xbox version of THE FINALS game i see 2 predefined profiles: THE FINALS ( exponential curve) and THE FINALS (linear curve). When i import expo curve profile and look at Curve editor i see the default linear curve. So the question is - is there any hidden curve the developers can edit, that we cannot see in the applicatior, or there is an error in the profiles like i mentioned and exponential in this particular case = linear ?

@Ragnarok, and im just curious, why you could not just reset the curve to linear yourself in the application ? I mean why to ask developers and wait for the while process to complete if you can just do it in 1 minute in the application if application curve editor is just the same tool the developers use you make game profiles ?

@aliveuser
---''Could you please elaborate on the difference between the curves you were talking about here''.....so u asked about it?!
İf i knew how to program an emulater, basically it is what we use i would make my own.S1 emulates a controller.İ guess if u use different curves for your controlller, the controller behaves differently and u have to emulate it for each curve in the ''hardcode of the config''.And i guess again the curve editor in the app is limited to the hardcoded data...i would say the app curve editor is just adding multiplications to the movement.
S1 says with their marketing 1:1 movement so they make all they configs normally without calling them linear curve(linear curves description is 1:1 movement). Some games have more then 1 curve then there is a need for more configs....
But like i said idk...

Yea, now back to the original question to developers only: is there anything , like hardcoded curve for example , in the predefined game profiles, that we cannot see and edit with the application ? And again, whats the difference in THE FINALS for xbox game profiles , that i cant point out in the Curve Editor ?

Different profiles correspond to different in-game settings. The mouse curve in the profile is not related to this. Check "Optimizing Mouse Control.pdf" for more details on this topic: http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/Optimizing%20Mouse%20Control.pdf

Oh, really ?
So i see profiles: "THE FINALS ( Exponential Curve)" and "THE FINALS (Linear Curve)" and you are saying, that this is not about mouse curves? Alright, then what is this about ? I am asking like third time, i think, what is the real difference between them ?

mouse input->mouse curve->Intelligent Engine->Game Console(in-game settings, such as game curve, sensitivities, etc)
mouse curve and Intelligent Engine are done in ReaSnow S1.
