Hello how do you use the ReaSnow manager on PC? I downloaded the latest firmware and pc app but I couldn't get past the loading screen and I'm not sure if I connected the ReaSnow S1 in the right way

Is there a Bluetooth dongle or wireless network card(with Bluetooth, like Intel AX200) on your PC?

The PC version's ReaSnow Manager App is in beta test, it might be unstable. You can use the Android or iOS version instead.
