Reasnow s1 pc app problem

after i set my hz to 1k, i tried to re-open it and it gives me that error + why thy gpu usage of the program is too high? is it infected with minning maleware?  :o

We will need the following details to help you:
1. S1 firmware version
2. PC OS version, graphic card model & driver version, CPU model.
P.S: If you reboot your PC and open the app again, will it get better?

S1 firmware version=2.3 the latest one,171 the beta one, and the pc versions for application
2-windows os version 21h2 windows 10 ,3070 graphic card 537.58 (lowest latency version),cpu i7 10700K
3-made restart still same, once it wokred i configured my settings and made it 1000hz then after than i can't go and config my macros it's just stuck in the error + i made reset again and backed up my settings and still it gives me the same error

is there a certain service need to be working for the program to work? except bluetooth ofc

For this issue, you can update the graphic card driver to the latest. You're now using a driver released at 2023.10.10, and the latest version is 552.22. Maybe the latest driver fixed the issue.

tried today the latest driver and still it doesn't fix the issue, it's something related to bluetooth connectivity i think by somehow it loses the data once the pc tries to reconnect back again to the device itself, like it's not failing but it says configration lost please restore to default so it's either your firmware or the application itself have a certain bug and need a certain service to be enabled with the bluetooth

A tip: update your Windows. Latest Windows 10 version is 22H2. As of 6/2023, version 21H2 will no longer receive security updates.

i don't care about security updates or windows updates, im using gaming windows to have the lowest background apps and services and process running + lowest measuring sleeping timer.

i didn't try tbh i said fu*k it, you guys made a pc version i won't need to download anything for the phone but if it's still in beta i will just download the mobile app then

i downloaded the app on android phone and it gives me the same error,config lost restore to deFAULT
