Help me
« on: March 18, 2024, 10:33:29 PM »
My mouse keeps crashing in any game randomly, suddenly it keeps stopping and coming back, it doesn't turn off, it just keeps turning off and on; really failing. This happens mainly when I make vertical movements, it's random and it's literally impossible to play. I've already tested it in all games with several different profiles

We will need the following details to help you:
1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
it's better to restore all settings in game and change the settings as shown in our APP, and try it again with a default game config.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a video to show us your trouble
please upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

You can try restoring S1 to default, or change to another mouse

This is my only mouse, it worked great before. Suddenly it was like this, I already reset the S1. But the problem remains

We've searched your mouse model and found two connection methods, USB and wireless dongle. Did you try USB mode?
Also, it has a higher dpi level, maybe you can have a try.

I've already tested with high DPI but nothing changed, not even the USB connection helped, very disappointed with the S1, I never had this problem before, and now I can't avoid it anymore

So sorry about that.
You can try it this way. Plug ReaSnow into the PC as usual, and plug your mouse into USB2/3. Open the App, go to Settings-Global Settings-Keyboard & Mouse Passthrough, set the hotkey and save, then press the hotkey. S1 will enter MnK passthrough mode. If it keeps crashing, that might be your mouse's issue. If it stops crashing, we'll need to do some more checking.
Btw, plugging your mouse into the PC directly, everything is normal, right?
