S1 HELP..

When I leave the computer idle for a period of time, the keyboard and mouse become unusable.
Although you can still use the keyboard to switch modes on s1, it still cannot be operated.
(The display of the indicator light is normal)

and we will need the following details of yours,
so a timely service can be provided.


1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
3. the status of your PC when this issue occurs
4. a video to show us your trouble
PS: show us what you can see on the screen and the status of S1 LED indicator
