Yes, beloader needs wire or wireless and use your PSN account.
If you don't like RP,you can play with besavior controller on ps5.
But I don't know if it can work normally in the future.

I can tell you beloader pro uses Remote Play and at times it misses some of your movement due to the RP mechanism. But besavior controller works well right now

I guess besavior controller disguises other controller's signal as PS5 controller.
They are in series.
So sony will be very hard to ban besavior controller.
But differently U5 is in parallel with PS5 controller.Sony is easy to find the signal difference between U5 and PS5 controller.
