S1 reads PC as Switch
« on: January 27, 2024, 10:36:19 PM »
After using my Reasnow S1 with no problems for over a month, it has recently started to boot at a different colour as the one designated as my default profile. When I open the app, I notice it believes it has been plugged into a switch. I have manged to fix it before but it seems it is a 50/50 and it happens on every port on my PC. I also use a Reasnow C1 cable. I am happy to provide any additional information to get this solved. Cheers,
Tom

1. You can uninstall the Pro controller driver on your PC
2. Use the firmware upgrade tool, and change boot mode to XB360(PC)

The issue of the Reasnow S1 reading the PC as a Switch is a common frustration for users. It highlights the importance of proper drivergeometry dash deadlockedmanagement and firmware installation.
