The problem is that when the mouse is connected to the dongle, reasnow cannot detect or recognize it and the mouse does not work, not in MnK or gamepad mode. And this is not related to 1k/2k/4k hz
Since I tried to change the polling rate and the mouse still did not work.
But if you connect the mouse directly to the wire without a dongle, the mouse fully works in these modes, with 4k polling rate.
I think the problem is with the support of the Finalmouse dongle itself
Since they use new technologies for data transmission or device identification (now finalmouse dongle use identification HID device that would support XPANEL)
In addition, my previous Finalmouse starlight Tenz connected to the dongle worked with Reasnow
Please is there any way to solve this problem?
