Reasnow manager Android apk

Hey i'm actively searching help because i just brought a reasnow and the android app keep saying
"your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue"
details: it's the last version from this forum on another  locked topic , my phone got the latest android version, i redownloaded the apk file twice same result, i restarted my phone too

If anyone can help i take any useful advice because i feel kinda scammed i paid for it and cannot configured it

Btw, which phone model do you use? Could you tell us your phone's OS version?

I'm using a Xiaomi Redmi 10A with MIUI 12.5
And i don't know why but i cannot provide any screenshots on the forum it always end by saying an error message about attachment.
Also for the error message in app i found why, i was using the version from the pinned topic wich is outdated but i downloaded the 1.7 and it ask me to update it wich i cannot due of the fact that i cannot acces the settings in app when the message appear i can only close the app

Did you use ReaSnow S1 before? Or you're a new user of our product?
If you used ReaSnow S1 before, which version's app is working well?

I'm a new user i've never used the app before that's why i'm actively searching a solution because i paid for something i cannot use.

sorry, it seems there is some compatibility issue with this Xiaomi Redmi 10A,
can you try some other phones?

have you enabled Bluetooth and GPS(Location service) on your smartphone before starting our APP?

Well for the location and Bluetooth yes i did , also i will try on another phone from another brand and i come back here to say if it worked or not , i also tried on an emulator on my pc and was having the same issue as my phone so let's see if it work on another phone

Hey, I'm using moto G7 and have tried other two devices, but unfortunately, the error message "your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue" is present. I tried older versions but they send me back to the latest one. Any ideas?
I'm new user and I'm not being able to properly use the S1.
