Thanks for the help my friend, but the app keeps crashing. I have downloaded both versions to be sure, in more than one device, but doesn't open.

My friend has a iPhone and on IOS, the app is normally running. Seems like a Android issue.

as stated in your email, you have a Samsun Galaxy S23 plus,
This is a 64-bit smartphone.
If so, please try installing our 64-bit apk after removing all the installed ones and their apk files.

The S23 that i have tried wasn't mine, but my friends has downloaded the app, and the message "your app encountered a fatal error" keeps popping up. I'm trying  different android devices and I keep facing the same issues.

1. Honor 50 | Android 13 | Magic OS 7.1 | Update ver. 7.1.0.238
2. v.1.6.9-32bit-20230817 and v1.6.9-64bit-20230804
3. I click on the icon -> white screen in the center of the manager icon -> just a white screen -> throws it on the main screen of the phone.

Looks like that the Reasnow App manager is only working on 64 bits androids.

I have tried to download the Test app through this dropmfiles link, but the link isn't working here

Thanks for the tip. I have downloaded the zip file, and installed the 32 bit app that was inside, but the same error keep persisting.
Also, I have tried to extract the andoid build debug file in the zip file, but it's asking for a password.

Ideas?

sorry, there might be some misunderstandings there.
according to the official page of Moto G7, its CPU is Snapdragon 632.
but this is a 64bit CPU, not a 32bit one.

so, you should install our 64bit package:

and if this package fails, please send a screen video to show us the following details:
1. show us your CPU and Android OS version
2. remove the previous ReaSnow APP and its apk files
3. install the above 64bit apk file
4. run this APP after installation.
