5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.

I updated the firmware of the device to beta version 5.6.107. The device itself works fine. ReaSnow Manager APP V1.5.16-64bit still works fine. The problem with ReaSnow Manager APP V1.6.2-64bit is that the app just closes at the connection stage to the device.

I have Realmi UI 4.0 (RMX3393_11_C.11) based on Android 13. I don't have another smartphone. Also, my device (Realme 9 Pro Plus) doesn't have any way to get root access in order to install another OS.

Yes. The problem occurs even if I don't use an Internet connection, but just skip this step. Reasnow S1 appears in the list, but after selecting it, the application just closes. Version 1.5.16 doesn't have this problem.

Thank you. That helped. I think I found the cause of the problem, it has something to do with the game profile of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt. If I use firmware version 5.6.86 and ReaSnow Manager APP 1.6.2 the game profile is added normally, but when I update the firmware to beta version 5.6.107 and after adding to ReaSnow Manager APP 1.6.2 the profile of this game for some reason the application closes.
