Splatoon 3 can't look up and down only side to side

heya I just got the product today and mapped all my controls but I can not look up and down only left and right on Splatoon 3, the app says it's been recognized and it's Y- and Y+ but when I move my mouse it doesn't work

1. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
2. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc. 
   it's better to restore all settings in game and change the settings as shown in our APP,
   and try it again with a default game config.
3. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
   your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
   it's recommended to add a default config for Splatoon 3, do not change anything in it.
