Questions on how to connect from PS5 to PS4

I'm waiting for an answer on how to use G27 on PS5.

As you know, if running PS4 games on PS5, can use Dualshork4.
When I connect the Crosshair using on PS4, it disconnects in 8 minutes.
Even if it is not perfect for PS5, please support connection for PS4.
I bought a Crosshair for my G27, but I can't use it now.
Please help this issue.

: The user logs in on the PS5 and works normally.
After about 8 minutes, it suddenly stops working. If you reconnect the USB, it works for another 8 minutes.
