it depends on the controller which is connected to USB1 of S1.

Please answer the followings so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
5. a video to show us your trouble
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

1-rea app: v 1.5.9 32bit - firmware 5.6.16
2- ps5 console rainbow six seige game
3-  last 25/8/2022 ... yes its work good but with same face left ps4
4- ps5 controller is contected am use remote play to my console ps5 ..

2. the specific model and a picture of your PS5 controller? is it an official one from SONY?
3. enable I/O monitor in our APP and provide a screenshot of that.
