NO AUDIO

hi i did the firmware update for the resnow crossair not the s1 and i use it for the ps5 with a ps4 controller and mouse and keyboard but when i plug in the resnow evryting work but my audio diden't se the headphones don't come recognized but when I use the controller without the crossair resnow they go,how can i fix that?

2. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
3. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
    and how are they connected?
4. a video to show us your trouble will be better

i use the old version of resnow crossair not the s1 but i update it to the last version 5.6.16 and on the app the 1.5.8
and i connect Bluetooth dongle, the keyboard and the mouse and the controller (ps4 controller) and everything work fine but the audio diden?t i connect my headphones on the ps4 controller but the ps5 diden?t recognize the headphones

Which model of ps4 controller are you using, CUH-ZCT1H or CUH-ZCT2NA?
