Mouse Scroll wheel

Hi. Im thinking of buying a reasnow s1 and my question is can I use mouse scroll down or up as a input?

I don't mean pressing the scroll wheel.
 I mean scrolling the scroll wheel like scrolling down or up do you get what I mean?
