A slow moving problem

Hello!
Platform: PC
with Playstation 4 controller mode of PC.
I have a problem in Apex lengends when i try to move leftforward.
when I press left key[A] of my keyboard, i get slowdown even though i am still holding the shift[rush] key of my keyboard.
that did not happen when I play Apex in PS5 or use xbox controller mode of PC.  Also happened in another pc.
And this does not happened when i move rightforward.
I try a lot of settings like change to a brand new default Apex proflie of S1; reestablish the Controller config of Steam.
Only when I remapped it with Rewasd(a software which can do remaping for controller), it worked.

could you please help me fix it. i want to continue using  my current config, tho.


my device are,
Keyboard: Logitech X Pro gaming
mouse: H903hero
Dpi 1600
polling rate 1000hz.

which profile has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
btw, please set your mouse to 5000~10000DPI/ 500HZ,
it will improve your aiming.

I have set it as your recommeded mouse setting now.
The profile I activated is Apex Legends(AA).
