Rainbow six problems

I bought this today and been fooling with the rainbow six settings, I've tried literally everything and I can't make a full 360 and I'm on 15 sens in app and 100 100 in game 50 ads and 10000 dpi.

if your mouse has been set to 10000dpi,
there should be no need to set sensitivities in our APP to 15.

here are the full recommended settings:
1. in-game settings
Options/Controls:
Vertical Sensitivity = 100
Horizontal Sensitivity = 100
Left Stick Deadzone = 10
Right Stick Deadzone = 10
Controller Rotation = Updated
Controller ADS Sensitivity = Standard
Standard ADS Sensitivity = 50

2. mouse
5000DPI/500HZ
