do not hold the button while connecting it to PC if you going to play games.
holding the button is just for firmware upgrade.

Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripheral should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
6. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

Hi Richard,
I have the same problem as AlenK but using xbox controller.
1. 5.5.24/1.5.1-64bits on android
2. I only have pc and game is apex
3. Purchase the Reasnow S1 on 2022.5.10
When I connect the S1 to pc holding button and the light shows green, I can't find the equipment on manager APP, but when I connect the S1 to pc without holding button, manager APP can find my equipment and says it is opening but firmware can't find it.
4. green
5. Mouse&Keyboard keyboard is logicial G pro, mouse is from razer specific model should be the cheapest one with buttons on one side.

Looking forward to your reply!

I found that if i don't connect my keyboard to the device, the noise will disappear. Is G Pro not available? Also after I finish the setup and enter the game how can I start using Reasnow? When I move mouse, nothing happens.

g Pro keyboard draws too much current, our S1 or your PC can't deliver sufficient power for it.
it's better to try some other USB keyboards or add an externally powered USB hub between ReaSnow S1 and this keyboard.

once S1 is set properly, your mouse and keyboard will be turned into a controller on PC,
you can use it where a controller is accepted.
