Reasnow's report rate on PC

It seems like the report rate of Reasnow S1 is set to 125Hz on PC regardless of using DS4 or Xbox emulation, while DS4 has a report rate of 500Hz (on bluetooth mode) and 250Hz (on USB mode).  I am wondering if it is possible to increase the report rate to 500Hz or even 1000Hz as it will significantly decrease the input lag.

currently, we use 250hz report rate on PC for both DS4 and XB360 emulation, not 125hz.
250hz is the default setting of the DS4 and XB360 controllers.

I use a packet analyzer software like Wireshark to capture the HID report packet and it looks like the inputs are reported every 8ms (125Hz). Maybe the way I measured it is wrong but that is not the point.

I am wondering if it is possible to have an option that increase the report rate to 1000Hz. If it is not possible, is there a hardware limitation or software limitation (i.e be compatible with games)? Because I know Reasnow S1 can do 1000 Hz mouse passthrogh with no problem.

we always have a busy schedule due to the continuous maintenance and adding new features and new games.

Just take it easy, and let our Engineers have some time to get a couple of coffee:)
