so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1? and your changes in this config?
5. a video to show us your trouble will be better

1-firm version : 5.4.31 i was using 5.4.45 but i went back to this one because i felt aim assist is weaker and still feeling the same, app ver :1.4.3 IOS
2-Pc , Apex Legends
3-Logitech G-pro wireless mouse - reddragon keyboard - ps5 dual sense controller
4-ps4 apex legends config, changed the hip and ads yx ratio to 1.80 and changed the curve editor
5-i dont have videos, but moral of the problem is sometimes when i ads the aim assist doesn't work i feel im using mouse and keyboard without aim asssist and other times aim assist just track enemies so good idk why

Here is a beta version to address the issue reported by you:
Firmware:
http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/firmware/S1-FirmwareV5.4.53.bin

please download this bin file and upgrade your ReaSnow S1 with our latest firmware tool:
http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/ReaSnowFirmwareTool-V2.0.2.exe

Click the "..." button and search for the bin file downloaded from the above URL.

yes, config with (AA) is dedicated for aim assist,
add this config and change the settings in your game as recommended by this config
then you will harvest the best AA:)

Hey Richard I've tried to install this firmware however it doesn't come up with the AA version of apex on there. Is a specific manager required? I'm on the latest manager version. Thanks

should be our beta app, v1.4.5/1.4.6, or later.
