Firmware 5.4.45 Bug
« on: January 09, 2022, 02:58:56 AM »
Hello!
I am expieriencing bug with this firmware 5.4.45, Holding right mouse button and clicking left it shortly interrupts from time to time right mouse button input, so ingame it`s halfway exits ads and comes back in to ads.. Binded to triggers (RT LT), been looking on io monitor, there it doesn`t show that interrupt, from mosue stable and output also no interruption, but there is in game...
Also been using before different emulation device, never happened on that device.. So it`s not game related, Game i am playing is "Vigor"
Tried using battlefield 2042 profile same thing was happening,
Used only Xbox series x profile of battlefield1, didn`t happened on that profile...
Playing on series x console..
Any ideas how to fix?

Adding and using series x battlefield 1 profile helped, so might be compatibility xbox one to xbox series x. Is there different report rate for controller xbox one and series x?
Tried adding using other profile of xbox one same thing happened..
Different mouse didn`t helped either..
Tried bloody a4 mause, some wallmart cheap wired mouse and Logitech g pro x same thing happened..
Installed app on my other phone with faster screen and actually on I/O monitor it`s even noticable that on output there is small interuption of LT while no interuption on mouse input Right button...
Reflashing didn`t solve issue
Installing older firmware also didn`t fix bug..
Reseting device don`t fix bug either..

Usage of Xbox Series X game profile makes bug bit better and not so noticeable, but there is still interruption, like Battlefield 2042, it makes you exit of zoom mode in tanks and doesn`t zoom back in until you hit once again right button, quite annoying bug...

Came in mind to change cable tryed new good cable short one.. Don`t help either..
Binded LT RT keys to keyboard, then works properly, on mouse with interruptions...
Swapped usb slots by places, don`t solve problem..
If guys have ideas let me know will try everything to get rid of this bug...

we failed to reproduce the problem with firmware 5.4.45 here,
can you provide a screen video of the HOME page in our APP while I/O monitor is enabled?
we would like to see the LT button being interrupted in the video.
send the video's URL to support@reasnow.com
will reply asap.

Hello!
Sent in link with videos..
I just figured out, that if you use xbox one controller (reasnow acts like its connected to xbox one), even to same series x console, that problem doesn`t happen, but if you use series x controller problem is back...

Support team kinda solved issue, i was using sub config to boost y axis while spraying... It shouln`t couse issue like this... Swiching sub configs might interupt some actions in game with reasnow,  so keep that in mind guys...
Hopefully they will fix this issue on next releases..

Finally got to pc, had no pc for while to update, that problem is solved finally thanks guys, but now had an issue when some controls got stuck after switching between subconfigs... Happened when controls changes and been using the button that has changed to something else... To get it unstuck had to switch back and forward between subconfigs..

Hi! Here is the video..
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WLvGB61_Anw90C7KSJU2dy5c_H5k-MDO/view?usp=sharing

Will try to clarify whats happening, so tab button is used to switch mause control to left stick, there is macros which pushes dpad up to open map, hits b when i release tab, to close map... But the thing is if i am walking forward in game for example, and try to open map by hiting that tab, subconfig changes, and for some reason, then left stick input is getting stuck forward 100%, and to get it unstuck need to release that tab and hit it once again...
