R6 SIEGE PS5 new version is not working with REASNOW S1

Dear RIchard, after todays update of Rainbow 6 Siege it started to detect that my controller is not ps5 contoller and tells that i can't play this game with my controller, i have Razer Raiju Ultimate

Ubi patched the game to only work with a dual sense. Since ReaSnow nor any other company has cracked Sony dual sense Authenticator code you have to either play the PS4 version or with remote play. Until companies can crack the code that is your options.

Nope i think something changed in detection only - somekind of "answer" game should receive to think that its ps5 controller, because the same situation was in the beggining - R6 saw that there is no ps5 contoller, and it was solved without ps5 controller - so they has just changed something that detects non ps5 controller somekind of "handshake" changed i think...

Well I am right ubi patched it to only work with dual sense as to where it worked with specialty PS4 controllers. If this was a detection thing as you say then it would affect all platforms not just the ps5 version of the game. As more games have started to release on ps5 you are seeing the support for 3rd party controllers being left out. So until dual sense is cracked this will be the ps5 future.
