S1 not working with Hori Mini pad on PS5 (method 3)

Hi,
i've recently purchased Reasnow S1, followed "start-here" guide, updated to latest fw version.
Used flawlessly on Xbox Series X along with M&K.
Also used on PS5 with DS4 (method 1).

So I wanted to try it out on PS5 games using method 3 and bought an Hori Wired Mini Gamepad, as reccomended on your guide http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/workarounds%20for%20PS5.pdf.
Hori works when directly connected on PS5, however while attached to S1, adapter doesn't recognize it (neither menu interface working).
I can send a video proof about it if required.

Hi Richard,
I just sent a mail to support@reasnow.com along with mentioned video.
it seems 3rd party controller(s) like Hori Mini Wired aren't (no longer?) supported on PS5 games.
Also seems it's neither recognized by S1 as PS4 controller too.

Not quite sure why you are having an issue with the hori mini wired it worked fine when I played siege, cod, and Pubg this morning. S1 noticed it as soon as I hooked it up. Make sure you have your ps5 set to wired communication.

And also speaking of Pubg, Richard can you guys take a look at Pubg? It feels pretty bad on ADS no matter how I tweak my settings. Pretty sure the look mechanic needs to be updated.

@Richard, Yes the PS4 version. I can look at Xbox also but I have been playing on ps5 so that’s what I noticed it on.

will need the following details of your:
1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a detailed problem statement on using your mouse

ok i found there's beta version out there so i'm flashing 5.4.8 and trying it out

yes, the firmware should be 5.3.8 or later.

@richard it was running on 5.4.7 (followed main guide). then after upgrading to 5.4.8 worked (tested with Maneater).
maybe consider specifying inside method 3 guide to update to 5.4.8 or earlier (if not already present..)?

I have the Reasnow Crosshair and I just bought the Hori minipad, I have installed the latest firmware V1.73.74 but when I plug it on my Ps5 the Crosshair starts beeping and the light turns red. Please Help. THX

there is no ps5 support for cross hair(v1),
the support for the new consoles is only available for ReaSnow S1.

the Cross hair do work on ps5 while playing ps4 games but i cant use ps4 controller on ps5 games. i saw on your youtube video, it says that if i use hori minipad with reasnow s1 it will work on ps5 games too so i assumed it would work os cross hair too. so i bought a minipad but now it doesnt work with cross hair. maybe if u update the firmware so that it recognises the hori minipad.
