yes, 1000hz will be less delay.
while as we know, form some mice, instability might be caused if its report reate is set to 1000hz.
and the difference of 1000hz and 500hz is only 1ms, many will not feel it.
so for new users, we will recommend 500hz.
but if your mouse is a good one, it is ok to use 1000hz.
