how to connect bluetooth with APP?

I just got the product and plugged to PC.

when I plugged in my bluetooth dongle(CSR8510),

red lights on and keep beeping it self.

How can I fix this?

ps. I did firmware update

if you are using ReaSnow S1, BT dongle is already embedded in it,
no need to use an external BT donle.
