Just get another product it’ll be a little more costly but the rea snow is priced the same as others and others are 10x better than the rea snow save yourself while you can and get a different product.

nobody has anything good to say everyone is complaining about your product. the forums? Nothing but complaints and for every 5 issues 1 gets resolved AT THAT.

as all knows, the corona pandemic is very serous all over the world,
there might be some delay for replying your posts.

BTW, almost all who came to this forum are for troubleshooting.
so you will find many complaints or troubles here.
