I’ve checked other replies and fix a couple things but when i open xbox menu up its super slow and when playing games the audio cuts in and out and is really choppy and sounds weird..

Same sens so bad so slow when I put dpi slow and when I put it high is so fast and so much sens acceleration and is horrible and there is no update for fixe it’s that is since about month
Making me go take the xim apex because the r1 is so much lagging and not playable

2. your console and game
3. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
how your earpiece and xbox one stereo headset adapter are connected?
the controller model?

for the mouse control issue,
please provide the following details:
1. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model and producer
2. settings in the game on console, such as: sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist etc.
3. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config?

a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to internet, and send us the link of it.

Hi Richard i am on an xbox one and everything is updated app and the s1 my keyboard and mouse is Corsair k55 for the keyboard and i can’t remember the mouse but everything is fine i fixed sensitivity problem expect when i’m playing call of duty modern warfare if i am in a party the game sounds choppy and i can’t hear anybody everything is super laggy any fix?

@ilovereasnow i went into the app and tested certain sensitivitys for 30 mins and changed my dpi around until it felt comfy and i made sure to change my hip sens and ads sens

richard i’m using the astro a10’s and as i previously said the app is updated long side the rea snow... My controller is a power a wired controller and i’m using corsair peripherals i don’t have the audio issue when i’m using the controller only no rea snow connected please fix.

please connect your controller to your xbox one with a USB cable, (do not use ReaSnow S1.)
and try the audio.
will you have the same audio issue?

@jay, yes, your controller shall always be connected to ReaSnow S1 for Xbox authentication.

so, if you used a wired controller, and the audio is still choppy,
this issue is caused by the xbox itself.

Richard no it’s not dude. I use a wired controller when playing and no audio issues i plug in the rea snow and it becomes choppy it’s your products that is the issue.

esp, the audio parts.
