MIN speed is the MIN turning speed you will get in game when mouse starts to move.

By accident i set in the ADS settings the MIN speed to -10 and played with the settings for a few hours BFV.
When I reset these settings to 0 my aiming was much worse. So my question is a negative value increases the AA and a positive value decreases AA or makes it easier for me to break the AA bubble?Or makes a negativ value my crosshair less jumpy and more precise?
