...everyone. I am a long time hardcore xim user and tomorrow my reasnow s1 arrives. I am very excited to see how the reasnow will do.

Try warframe settings for 1 hour now. No chance, just bad compared to the Xim. The Xim4 is even miles better than the S1. jirter, slow turn speed, stuttering. Mouse movements zigzag. in ads a fine circular movement is impossible. Too bad, but that's bad.

BFV is ok, but I don't measure the performance of a converter with such games. Back to Amazon.

All in all a good device,but the warframe st needs to be retrained.It's an absolute mess.

sorry to hear that you have an unhappy experience with warframe,
but to get a good mouse control, you will have to set 3 things properly.
1. the game, 2. mouse(dpi/report rate), 3. settings in ReaSnow Manager APP

if you still need our support, please provide the following details:
1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version

2.3200,4000,12000 and 16000 DPI.
Polingrate 1000Hz
with: Razer Deathadder V2,CM MM710 and Rival 600.

3. Sens all to 100%
AA on and off
In game settings there are no deadzone and acceleration settings at all.

4. Warframe config with very bad results.
Tried then BFV and CoD MW config with nice results in Hip but bad in ads because tue config where not trained to the warframe lookmechaniks.But in hip smooth.
5.Reasnow settings all in default exception for sensivity there i tried everthing.

5.Both the latest versions from the instructions in this sub forum.

I am in love with your Produkt when it comes to BF and CoD games.

anyway, thanks for trying our product!:)

but if you are using BFV or COD's config for warframe,
it will not give you the best control.
we do have a preset for warframe there.

for the most important and special part of a config is not its buttons' mapping but is its Intelligent Engine(IE),
which is used to provide an excellent mouse control as you hope,
this IE is trained on some conditions, such as game and settings in-game and etc.
So every preset config has its own special IE,
choosing the right config for your game is very important.

Or maybe, we should update the preset for warframe according to its latest upgrade.
will check that.

Hey Richard,
i tried the Warframe ST with a realy bad result.So I tried other config to compare and the BF configs where much better.
I think the Warframe config needs a update.
Anyways all other games i tried runs flawless and CoD better as on the Apex.
