handicap / one handed disabled
« on: January 17, 2019, 05:44:01 PM »
Hello, (this is a google traduction, I'm French)

I am disabled with complete paralysis of the left arm.
I bought for Christmas, a cross hair adapter to play on PS4.
The cross hair is great to recognize the different controllers. I have a steering wheel + Logitech G29 crankset, a flight control joystick Thrustmaster T16000 fcs, an old Saitek cyborg evo joystick, mouse, ... Everything is recognized.

Regarding car games, I map Logitech G29 steering wheel + crankset. So it works.

My concern is games for which you have to use the two joysticks dualshock controller. To turn the vision (call of duty, ...), aim while walking, .

I tried the Thrustmaster flight joystick for moves and actions with a PC mouse to the foot to replace the L3 joystick. But it's not precise, it's tiring and it's not functional.

I want to use my two joystick (Thrustmaster and Saitek):
-The Thrustmaster for actions, move the vision and slider during aiming.
-The Saitek for traveling. I want to change the handle to put a plate to set foot. Thus, I will do footfalls because it takes less dexterity to the foot than the hand.

So I plugged my two joysticks on the cross hair but I can not make recognize both at the same time. It is either one or the other who acts in the game.

Is it possible to connect the two joysticks to cross hair and assign to each its functions? If it's possible, how?

Thanks for your help

Hi titeuf49115,

Thanks for providing such a detailed statement of your trouble,
in fact, we met many customers with disabilities,
and similar requests has been brought to us previously.

It's not easy to fulfill that,
but we would like to do something for you guys,
and already in the progress to develop such a feature,
which can let you use two joysticks or gamepads at the same time.

It might be availabe soon,
the spcific date of its release will be posted here later.
