Converter not working after 5 minutes

I loved the crosshair converter until recently it started just turning off. The light goes from white to red and my keyboard and mouse just stop working making me have to re plug the converter. Now the problem is that the beeping is extremely annoying and ofcourse my device does not even work for more than 5 minutes. I am 2 seconds away from smashing this thing to pieces. I come on your site, absolutely no help from the forums. I read about USB slot being sensitive but you guys can't even recommend a good USB cable. I am really pissed i wanted to buy another one of these for my friend but nevermind if they do not even work. Please reply fast i am super furious.

With all due respect. I've been to that page a million times, i guess i could go more into details. I play on a PS4 Slim and i downloaded the prebuilt Siege modpack for the converter. Everything works fine control wise. I start a game and after 5 minutes the converter turns off giving me the red light which i looked up and was because it doesn't detect my PS4 controller. I tried different cables, about 4 and only 1 seem to work with the converter which was weird. They do work in my PS4 USB port but not your device... Now i don't know if my device is broken or hyper sensitive or if my USB cables are broke. Same cable i've had ever since i bought the PS4 itself, it's not an official Sony cable because those were too short. Now onto the device : When it doesn't detect my controller it does 2 beeps with a red light without stopping until i pull it out of my ps4 and put it back in. Please help

red LOGO with 2 beeps continously can only mean cross hair has losted the connection with controller completely.
it might be the usb cable, or the micro usb port on the controller, or the usb port on cross hair which is used for the controller.
please check them one by one carefully.

and please note, while the controller being connected to PS4,
there is little data communication on the usb cable,
it only charges your controller for most of the time,

you can just find a micro usb cable for android phones,
most of them can work properly with cross hair.

Nevermind this waste of money. Absolutely no help whatsoever on your site and the device is absolutely horrible 2/10 rating. I was going to recommend my friends this device but i guess i will just throw it in the trash and buy the XIM. Never ever buying something from you guys. PS If you are telling your customers to get a qualified cable. Why not put one in the fucking box yourself?

as stated previously, your cross hair can work properly until recently.
and this kind of change is caused by the unstable usb connection between cross hair and the controller.
we have helped you to find the reason and it can be easily solved by
buying or finding a qualified usb cable for your controller.
