CH NOT DETECTING XBOX CONTROLLER HELP!!!

Please help, my CH is not detecting my xbox one controller. I was able to use the CH yesterday but today it just has a red logo and is beeping 3 times in a row. Can i please get some help?

which cross hair manager are you using?

I wasnt able to download the latest version because it had a virus, so i got the one before that but i dont remember what its called. Its the one that supports all versoins of the xbox one.

please use V1.73.13 for now.

There is no Trojan/Malware/Virus in Cross Hair Manager,
we scan all the files before uploading,
so just whitelist our website and Manager,
or close your anti virus software temporarily.

We will consider to avoid that in future versions.

I have the same problem, I turn the CH on and its logo show red and beeping 3 times per time, but, I change the usb cable, the controller, I tried to restore the CH, upgrade again, but it didnt function, please, help me, it arrived to me today, and I wanna play with mouse and keyboard, and I dont know what to do any more.

hi, firstly, please make sure you are using our latest software, cross hair manager V4.5.10.
and generally speaking, red light with 3 beeps means the connection between cross hair and XBXO controller
is unstable,
so please check your connection,
or you might need to try a new and qualified usb cable.
