CrossHair turns red and starts beeping after playing fine for a while

Hello - hoping someone can help me.  Have a brand new CrossHair that I successfully setup with all of its latest updates.  We configured it for our PS4.  Original controller is in USB1, keyboard in USB2, mouse in USB3.  PS4 controller is set to use USB cable.

We are always able to start playing fine, but after a while the CrossHair turns red and beeps (2 beeps at a time).  Sometimes it happens after 10 minutes, sometimes after an hour, but it always eventually happens.  I've tried swapping cables on the original controller but it still happens.  Must have shutdown and restarted everything 20 times by now.  Again, it always starts fine, but this condition eventually happens after a while.  Any ideas, and thank you.

You might need a new and qualified usb cable to connect controller to cross hair.

Thank you, but per my original write-up, I tried a different cable -- a brand new, OEM PS4 cable.  Same problem unfortunately.

Please try a new one.
or charge your controller fully before connection.

Setting suggestion for PS4 Slim Controller and PS4 Pro Controller!

To keep controller’s connection to Cross Hair stable, we suggest users do the following setting on console.
Settings->Devices->Controllers->Communication Method->"Use USB cable"

This setting is only effective for PS4 Slim Controller and PS4 Pro Controller!

Ok, will try a third cable and report back.  Was already using the 'Use USB cable' setting (per my original note).

Have tried a third cable, and encountered the same problem -- stable red and two beeps -- this time after about 25 minutes.

To make sure I understand, what exactly do you mean by a "qualified cable"?  Can you post a URL to one that you know will work 100%, and I'll order it and try it.

Please note, of the 3 cables I've tried, one was the original controller cable that came with the PS4, and another was a new Sony PS4 branded cable.

we do not suggest usb cables from sony, most of the similar problems are caused by its cables.
please try some micro usb cables for android phones, choose some better ones.
