Author Topic: Buying new Cross Hair but get "No Cross Hair Detected" when starting Manager  (Read 8332 times)

Hi,

I have a new Cross Hair, connected it to a brand new Notebook with Windows 10 Home.
After connecting logo becomes white and it beeps twice.
Windows does some device installations and after I startet Cross Hair Manager (v4.5.0, v.2.10.3, v1.73.13) and I get directly the message:
"No Cross Hair detected"

What can I do?

Searching for "No Cross Hair Detected" I could not found anything.

I even tried all Versions of Cross Hair Manager on two different VM (Parallels VM with Windows XP and one with Windows 10)...same issue.

Hi Chris,
there is no need to try different versions of Cross Hair Manager,
Just use V1.73.13 on PC with Windows OS installed.

DO not use VM, that may cause lots of trouble.

I have the same Problem with the new Manager. Crosshair no detected! What kann i do?

When i start the v1.73.13 Version the Cross Hair is detected.

to use V4.5.0, please check your Hardware Version.
if it's 1.7.6.
you will need a upgrade tool to use Cross Hair Manager V4.5.0.

Ok, it works now after i use the update tool, but:

The WASD-Problem with PUBG is not solved. Its the same as before. When i sprint, it works. But when i go normal, the movement slows down. Do i have to change something in settings?

Richard, i just ran the new manager and it didnt detect my crosshair, apparently i have hardware version 1.7.4 and i bought the crosshair only 11 months ago . I was hoping i would play pubg without the diagonal movement bug today, is there another manager uploaded somewhere? Also what is the difference in these hardware versions ? Do they run at different frequencies? 1000hz or??

yes, will fix the PUBG bug in manager V1.X.X soon, might be a couple of days.

please restore all your settings in PUBG to default,
and then try again.

any thing more, please let us know

Also with dafault Settings and new Installation it doesnt work. The WASD-Bug is still there.

What about us that cant install the 4.5.1 version ? Why do we have to wait longer for a fix? And why did you guys split the support for the same devices? There was no mention of this hardware support or hardware diferrences in the product description before i bought it . Come on guys this is no good.
