Help with Logitec DFGT
« on: December 17, 2017, 06:09:26 AM »
I apologize if this topic is already on the board somewhere. I looked and can't find what I'm looking for.

I just recently got the Crosshair to play GranTurismo Sport on my PS4 with my Logitec Driving Force GT steering wheel. I followed the instructions word for word. 1)I connected Crosshair to my PC. 2)Downloaded software and installed latest firmware. 3)Clicked "new" and chose my console (PS4). 4)I kept the default settings (more on this later). 5)I hit save and exit. 6)I plugged my original PS4 controller into the single USB port on one side and I plugged my steering wheel into the side with two USB ports. After that I plugged the Crosshair into the PS4 console with the provided cable. 7) I turned on the console, turned off the controller and waited for the Crosshair to "breathe". It never did.

I went back through the install process. This was not clearly stated in the install manual but, I noticed in step 4 that you can choose the type of steering wheel you have, so I restored factory settings and went through the install process all over again making sure to input the type of wheel I have. I tried the install process many times in many different ways. I tried turning the system on before and after I plugged in the Crosshair. I tried plugging in the controller before and after I turned the console on. I tried different USB ports and a number of other combinations. None of them work. The Crosshair lights up but it does not "breathe".

I need help and I really want this to work until I can get a higher end compatible wheel and pedal set. The pedal set I am looking to get is not available until the end of March 2018 and it's only the middle of December. The game is useless to me until I get a wheel and pedal set, I'm horrible with a controller.

If you got a stable white LOGO on cross hair,  that means it find No controller when powered up.
please check that,  or try a new and qualified usb cable to connect your controller to cross hair before connecting  it to console.
