if a stable purple LOGO during the boot, it means Cross Hair finds no controller connected to USB PORT 1(the single one on the left side).
1. make sure you are using the right controller
2. double check the connection between controller and Cross Hair or try a new and qualified USB cable

I had tried this, but no way. When I plug mouse after, the crosshair change to blue.

I had  tried with two controls and many cables. Everything works when I not plug this mouse.

I have one Microsoft wireless mouse and this works but poor aim control. I want to use Razer mouse because of features.

2. are you sure this mouse works well on PC?
3. did you hear any beeps while pluging and unpluging the mouse?

Yes, I did  hear bibs. The color is blue and blinks during the bibs.
2. are you sure this mouse works well on PC?
Yes. I had tried others DPI and pooling configs, but nothing change
3. did you hear any beeps while pluging and unpluging the mouse?
No, only when I plug my wireless mouse.

Yeasterday, I sold the mice to a friend.

What do you think about this model.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
G402 is a tested one, there should be no problem to use it with our Cross Hair.
Other G series will also be OK, such as G102/G303/G502 etc.

Choose the one you like and with the highest DPI possible.

I have the same mouse , i love it specially with crosshair. make sure to go to loghitec drivers and calibrate to your mousepad surface , it becomes very accurate
