Got my cross hair setup with Logitech g502 mouse and using a ps4 controller instead of keyboard, when I set in game soldier sensitivity to 200% when I aim downright it is far too sensitive with the sights moving too quickly across the screen........I have my ADS set to the l2 button on my controller

there might be two things to try:
1. change(lower) your HIP and ADS setting of Cross Hair by the way showed in this video.

2. lower your soldier sensitivity(200%) a bit in game
they will both help in some way.
