PS4 keeps "disconnecting" controler!!!

Hi,

please note V1.43.0 can not support PS4 Pro, so there is no need to test that version.

you can try both of them.

we suggest that you may do a following test:
1. turn off your controller on game console before connecting it to Cross Hair.(do not turn off the console)
PS: indicator on your controller should not be blue or red, which means it's connected to console wirelessly.
2. connect controller to USB PORT1 of Cross Hair(do not connect any others)
3. after that connect Cross Hair to your PS4 PRO
4.  A breathing color means it's working well.
5. leave it and wait for the problem. do not touch the controller or Cross Hair during the test.
6. report to us whether your problem has occured again or not

have you plugged headset into audio dock of PS4 Pro controller during that?

we have tried on our PS4 Pro console again for about 8 hours,
everything is fine until now.
